Very smooth transaction thanks to Richard and Cerys.

So refreshing to have found an Estate Agent who stands head and shoulders above all other Agents we have encountered over the years. Cerys and Richard are a great professional team who always give an exceptionally high level of service and advice. Nothing is too much trouble and without their unfailing attention to detail and extraordinary commitment, our sale would have been unlikely to be completed in such a very short period of time in order to meet the deadline set by our purchasers. Thank you both - we certainly will use your services again for our next sale and we can't recommend your services highly enough!

We met with three local agents, but we found Coopers the most honest and open. We agreed how to pitch the sale and an asking price offer was received two days after the house went on the market. Always sensible, friendly and approachable, Richard and Cerys gave excellent service and we were really pleased with the outcome. We would certainly recommend.

Right from the first phone call the staff at Cooper Estates in Market Harborough were proactive and professional. They were prompt for viewings even though we were late for one for one of them due to a traffic problem! They were polite and friendly, ready to offer advice and encouragement. We felt they were not just trying to sell us something but were concerned for us to find just the right property. Richard has been quick to chase matters up and has kept us informed along the way. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
